Our DNA in finance leads us to a comprehensive approach to accomplish our client's financial goals, and in a unique way, strategically balance the pillars of Return, Risk and Liquidity. We hold close relationships within the financial markets in and outside of Brazil, providing our clients with access to platforms and funding. Our transactions to date were with leading institutions and investors in Brazil and abroad. We have carried out several studies of capital structure optimization, evaluating client financing and leverage conditions. We actively negotiate financing for our clients, seeking the most appropriate conditions regarding amortization schedules, rates, fees and guarantees.

TEAM
Felipe Samico
​Economist from IBMEC and MBA from the University of Rochester with specialization in Corporate Finance, Felipe was responsible for Fixed Income Sales & Trading onshore and offshore in Brazil Plural. He worked at the Royal Bank of Scotland in Stamford, CT, responsible for Brazil Macro and participating in various debt operations in Latin America. He was part of the team of syndicated loans of Scotia Capital in New York and, previously, commercial credit structuring of Banco Pactual / UBS. Felipe has the CPA-20 certification issued by Anbima and the Series 7 certification by FINRA.​
Chris Luth
Chris Luth spent most of the last decade at Liquidity Finance originating, structuring, and placing private transactions with large institutional asset managers. Chris started his career in the finance industry in 1995 and has focused most of his time and effort on global credit markets since then. Chris was a Managing Director at Knight Capital responsible for Emerging Market credit research and generating trade ideas. He also worked at Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, Dresdner Bank and ABN Amro originating, structuring and syndicating new issue bonds from Emerging Market issuers in Asia, EEMEA and Latin America. Chris also has seven years of buy-side experience at a credit hedge fund where he managed a portfolio of public and private debt from Emerging Market borrowers. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics with honors from Colgate University.
